Equipment Walkdown and Master Equipment List Development

iReliability™ offers Asset Registry and Master Equipment List development services through our parent company, Allied Reliability Group. Asset Registry service consultants use a systematic method of verifying and documenting the equipment at a facility and organizing the equipment into a hierarchy that is useful to both accounting and maintenance simultaneously. This information is entered by the consultant directly into the iReliability™ Asset Registry feature or your CMMS.

Examples of data that are collected and included in the database are:

• Bearing numbers
• Gear tooth count
• Number of rotor bars and stator slots
• Coupling type
• Number of blades/vanes
• Lubricant type
• Power factor
• Materials of construction
• Nominal thickness
